key requirements –

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in data governance or AI projects.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and AI concepts.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data and AI governance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with enterprise data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Purview).
Exposure to AI/ML project lifecycles and responsible AI practices.
Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
